Product Description

Identify equipment that is locked out. Make sure that someone does not re-energize it and cause an accident or damage to the equipment. Tag is typically used with a lock.

Tags have sequential numbers on the tag as well as on the tear-off stub. Each tag (and tear-off stub) is pre-numbered. We select the starting number.
Back of tag shows "See Other Side".
Tags are printed on a 13 pt cardstock and include a fiber reinforced patch for extra strength. They are durable indoors. For outside use, order the optional vinyl tag holders.
The lower portion of the tag is perforated, so that you may easily remove this stub.
Tags are sold in packs of 100 and are pre-strung for ease of attachment.

Hefty tags are made from a polished 13pt cardstock.
Reinforcing fiber patch is included. Eyelet diameter is 1/4".
