Product Description
Lock valves (in open or close position) to prevent unauthorized access. Start by opening jaws of the lockout device, wrap around the valve stem and close. Insert padlock shackle and a lockout tag to complete installation. Available in two sizes:
- 3 1/8” x 4 ½”x 4 ½”. Fits a ball valve measuring 3/8” – 1 ¼” and valve handle up to 0.675” in width and ¼” in thickness.
- 4 ½” x 5 2/3” x 5 2/3”: It is ideal for a ball valve of 1 ½” – 2” and handle up to 1 ½” in width and ½” in thickness.
